Hoefer DQ200 fluorometer

Used laboratory fluorometer from Hoefer, type DyNa Quant 200 (80-6406-80).
The DyNa Quant 200 fluorometer is designed specifically for the accurate quantitation of small volume samples with low DNA concentrations using the Hoechst 33258 dye. The DyNa Quant can also measure enzyme activity based on the cleavage of methylumbelliferyl-linked substrates and other fluorescent substrates with similar excitation and emission characteristics. Accurate, precise detection of DNA even in the presence of RNA, proteins and/or nucleotides.
