Thermo Scientific TRACE GC Ultra
High-performance multichannel gas chromatograph, modularly designed for a wide range of applications (often GC-MS, GC-FID, TCD, ECD, large-volume injections, fast temperature programs).
Oven temperature range: from ambient to ~450°C
Linear heating: up to ~1200°C/min
Injectors: split/splitless (SSL), large-volume injection (LVI) capability up to ~50 µL on a standard SSL injector.
TriPlus GC
Multitool robotic platform: liquid injection, headspace, SPME, sample prep, and much more in a single system.
Capacity: Very large – up to 972 × 2 mL vials
Automation: Robotic Tool Change (RTC), extensive liquid-handling routines
Thermo Scientific autosamplers are flexible: depending on the model, you can automate liquid injection (liquid), headspace (gas in the headspace of a sample), SPME (solid-phase micro-extraction), and other methods.
H₂ Sensor for GC Setups
Type and Function: Many H₂ sensors for GC setups are based on thermal conductivity or specially developed Si-based TCD transducers. They are used for: detecting and monitoring hydrogen concentration (safety/carrier gas detection), or as part of permanent gas analyzers. Some sensors have 4–20 mA output for integration with PLCs/data logging.
For GC Use:
If your GC uses H₂ as a carrier, install an H₂ sensor according to the Thermo Scientific installation manual. H₂ sensors: output 4–20 mA, built-in electronics, fast response, suitable for oxygen-free applications.
Weight: 98kg
Measurements (L x B x H): 860 x 740 x 1115 mm
