UVP TM-20 UV Transilluminator

The UV transilluminator of the brand UVP type TM-20 UV is used in molecular biology laboratories for the visualization of DNA, RNA or proteins which are separated by electrophoresis on an agarose gel or polyacrylamigel. These gels are stained with ethyl bromide, whereby the separated DNA, RNA or protein bands will be seen under the UV-B lamp. In addition, this UV-transilluminator will be supplied with UV-B lamps.
