The reader of the brand Thermo type MultiSkan 1500 is designed for reading the absorptions of DNA, RNA and proteins without sample derivatization for quantification and purity determinations. This reader is ideal for reading protein assays, enzyme assays, kinetics assays, immunoassays, cell proliferation and cytotoxicity assays, apoptosis assays, reporter gene assays and GPCR assays. The Thermo MultiSkan 1500 comes with software and computer.
PLEASE NOTE: This reader is only suitable for microtiter plates and not for cuvettes!
