The Stuart SSM5 Shaker is a compact microplate shaker designed to gently and efficiently mix microtiter plates or microcentrifuge tubes—ideal for laboratory work with small volumes (e.g., reagents, cell suspensions, assays). Thanks to its high shaking frequency (250–1250 rpm) combined with a very small orbital shape (1.5 mm), samples are vigorously mixed without splashing or excessive foaming. It can handle up to four microtiter plates simultaneously—useful for parallel work or assays with multiple samples. Please note: No mat/plate fixation.
