A Köttermann top-mounted fume hood is a compact fume hood designed to safely extract chemical vapors, solvent vapors, acidic or volatile chemicals, and dust, protecting both the user and the surrounding environment. Its relatively small size and low bench height make this type of hood particularly suitable for smaller laboratories, pharmacies, or workplaces with limited space where a large floor-standing fume hood isn’t suitable.
