Concrete Vibrator Needle

Pneumatically driven vibrating needle for compacting concrete from within.
Vibrating needles are tubular metal objects in which an eccentric rotating mass (ERM) has been applied. The vibrating needles are immersed in the concrete mix and transfer the vibration force directly to the grout.
During concreting it is inevitable that air gets trapped in the grout and between the grout and the formwork.
In order to ensure that as little air as possible is trapped in the concrete mixture, during pouring the vibration technique can be used, which ensures that the solid components in the slurry move back and forth rapidly, so it will act as a liquid again and fills the existing cavities by expelling the trapped air.
