Buchi C-660 Fraction collector

The fraction collector for FPLC (Fast protein liquid chromatography) of the brand Buchi type C-660 is designed to optimally pump solvents into chromatography columns. This fraction collector is able to separate 10 bar or 50 bar gradients. The Buchi C-660 can collect substances according to time, volume or peak (only when a UV detector is connected). During each run, up to 12L can be collected in up to 240 glass tubes. This fraction collector will be supplied with a column. Furthermore, this fraction collector can be connected to a computer via the RS-232 interface to transfer data.
