This direct-controlled Variomag POLY 15 magnetic stirrer is designed for laboratory use to stir liquids.
The POLY 15 can stir several Erlenmeyer flasks at the same time.
This stirrer can be used for chemical, microbiological, biotechnical or medical purposes, for example:
* Growing micro-organisms (including aerating and culturing bacterial cultures)
* Dissolving nutrient media and solids
* To prevent the settling of suspended solids
* Titration
Please note the following:
– Do not stir or shake low-boiling flammable liquids.
– The suitability of the direct-controlled magnetic stirrers for use in incubators is limited, because the stirring power cannot be adjusted as desired. In addition, the integrated electronics additionally heat the magnetic stirrer.
– The display works, but the readability is no longer 100%.
